About The Author
Ordisio, born in Goa, completed his schooling at Loyola High School, Margao, after which he joined the Science stream, at the Parvatibai Chowgule College, where he was a recipient of the National Scholarship. He later graduated from the prestigious engineering institute V.J.T.I. Matunga, Mumbai, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, securing Honours with Distinction. After joining Mukand Iron and Steel, Mumbai, as a trainee engineer in 1980, he was promoted to the position of Assistant General Foreman within a span of two years. Thereafter he joined Hygienic Paper Company in Saudi Arabia and worked there for ten years. Following a stint with Dubai Converting Industries om 1994, he started his own trading business, registered as Magor Inc, in 1985 providing marketing services for FMCG products. He was also a visiting teaching faculty for a period of two years, for Government Polytechnic College, Sanvordem, Goa. In October 2006, he joined Mormugao Steel, and in November 2008 joined the Dubai-based Ultra Care Converting. He is currently in the Middle -East managing diversified business.
