Two very powerful financiers of the Al Quaida are caught crossing the border by the Indian Army. Unarmed and appearing to be asylum-seekers on the run from the persecution of the Pakistani defence forces, their cover is blown when Bangladeshi passports are found on them. The Chinese, working with a faction of the Al Quaida, desperately want them back. A Pakistani terror-organization also demands their release and orchestrates a pointed attack on an ONGC offshore field.
