Refund Policy

a. We do not offer refunds for services. Upon payment, we immediately set out to work on your book and hence are unable to offer a refund.

b. In the case of printed books, we will provide a replacement copy, if the book is found to be defective i.e. if the wrong book was dispatched, or if some pages were missing, or if the book was damaged. However, we will not refund the money.
