This book is a product of the author’s search along the spiritual path. It is a book about Hindu Gods, Goddesses, and Asuras and an expression through Yoga. The author stipulates that Hinduism, Yoga and Life are not mutually exclusive, and that the Gods and Asuras are already in play in one’s daily life. A combination of crisp lucid insights, intuitively precise breath work, creative body posturing, and a clear logical approach, allow the reader to discover their own connection with the divine, and how it plays out in their lives. The practices in this book are based on experiential observation of one’s own body and breath.
