Don’t Talk, Listen
"Don't talk-Listen" we have been shouting, as teachers in our classes for more than two decades. Not only students, but nobody seems to listen. The list includes friends, juniors, seniors, relatives and every other individual we meet. It hurts a lot when the people we love and care about are not really listening and this is a general experience of all of us. A sympathetic ear is a powerful force in human relationships. This book introduces readers and students to "Listening" as a powerful communication tool. Listening is totally different from hearing and something that is bigger than you may realize. Listening translates the principles of human understanding. At work, it becomes the reason for gaining or losing business and opportunities. Listening is the basis for strong, enriching love relationships in our lives. It broadens our view, lays the basis for peace, enriches the quality of our relationships, and opens the way for success. Unfortunately all the advanced pedagogic systems and institutions are void without a curriculum for "Listening". We hope this book fills that lacuna and will be of great help for everyone who wants to improve their listening skills.
