What are stories? A piece of imagination or an escapist look at reality? I believe they are both. Reality in itself is way too mundane to arouse any feeling. Life, if evaluated just the way it happened, will appear way too ordinary and common place to give a feeling of being special. So we connect events, fill non-existent details through our imagination and here it is; a tale worth telling and thus worthy of living.
This book captures twenty-one such moments. These are impressions of a curious and imaginative little boy who prepared for his board exams perched on a mango tree in the middle of a graveyard, who thought of ways to become invisible and hoped to find a map to a treasure one day. Boy, who grew up to believe that there is way much more in life which he has to find and live. But essentially these are thoughts of a man searching for himself in the clutter of the past and the uncertainty of the future.
Hope you enjoy reading them. I did every moment living them, in reality or in imagination.
