Driven by a passion for rock climbing and mountaineering, the author, T Sreenivasulu , was attracted to the mighty Himalayas while only fifteen. His long journey of more than two thousand kilometres led to a different journey altogether, after he encountered his master on board the same train.
Unknown to the young lad his journey been scripted long before it began!
The author is presently serving in the Indian Army.
